1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Workboat Trading Pte Ltd ("WBT", "we", "our", or "us") platform at wbtsingapore.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and other applicable Singapore laws. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The Platform is intended for professional use in the commercial marine industry. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. WBT utilizes Know Your Business (KYB) verification; accounts may be suspended or terminated if provided information is false, misleading, or outdated.

3. Platform Services & AI Insights

WBT provides a digital marketplace and AI-driven insights to facilitate vessel trading.

• AI Content Limitation: WBT utilizes Gemini and Antigravity AI to generate descriptions, insights, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, WBT is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Users must verify critical specifications independently.
• Human-in-the-Loop: Critical marketplace actions (e.g., payment triggers, contract approvals) involve human oversight. WBT is not liable for any automated actions performed by "Agentic AI" without final user confirmation.

4. Financial Terms (TR 76 Compliance)

In accordance with Singapore's TR 76 (E-commerce) guidelines:

• Subscriptions: Fees for premium seller plans are billed in advance. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• Refund Policy: Subscriptions and digital services are generally non-refundable. However, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period for new annual subscriptions, permitting a pro-rated refund if no premium features (e.g., featured listings) have been utilized.
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Circumvent the Platform to complete transactions off-platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without consent.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, WBT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from AI-driven decision support or marketplace transactions between third parties. WBT's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

WBT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
