General
WBT (Workboat Trading) is Singapore’s dedicated B2B marketplace for the commercial marine sector. We connect buyers and sellers of workboats, tugs, barges, and offshore support vessels across the Asia-Pacific region.
WBT is designed for marine professionals including fleet operators, shipbrokers, government agencies, private vessel owners, and offshore energy companies looking to buy or sell commercial craft.
Browsing and creating an account is free. Sellers pay a listing fee starting from SGD 250 for a single listing. Buyers can browse for free, or subscribe to Pro plans for premium features. See our pricing pages for details.

Absolutely. WBT offers a Survey Coordination Pack (SGD 450) that connects you with vetted marine surveyors in key APAC ports, manages scheduling, and ensures survey scopes meet professional standards.
Auctions & Tenders
WBT hosts curated auction events for fleet disposals and institutional sales. Registered bidders (KYB-verified) access the document room and submit bids during the auction window. All winning bids are settled through regulated escrow.
Register for the specific tender event, complete KYB verification, and submit a sealed bid before the deadline. Tender results are communicated directly to all participants.
Transactions & Security
Know Your Business (KYB) verification confirms the identity and legitimacy of companies trading on WBT. It requires company registration documents, director identification, and proof of marine industry activity.
For managed transactions, buyer funds are held in a regulated escrow account by our licensed escrow partner. Funds are only released to the seller upon confirmed delivery and MoA execution, protecting both parties.
Managed transaction fees are based on deal value: 1.0% for SGD 200K–500K (capped at SGD 6,000), 1.5% for SGD 500K–2M (capped at SGD 15,000), and 2.0% for SGD 2M+ (capped at SGD 40,000).
